WEBSITE PRIVACY • UPDATED OCTOBER 26, 2026

Your information. A clear purpose.

This page describes the website’s inquiry and interest forms. Contact the event team if you have questions or want to change an update request.

Information you choose to share.

Forms ask for your email address and, depending on the inquiry, your name, business, interests, phone number, and message. Required fields are marked. Please do not submit payment details or other sensitive information.

Where your form goes.

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Shannan Rohde at shannandrohde@gmail.com and Jason Klemm at jason.klemm@dellsbikeweek.com. FormSubmit may use spam checks and temporarily retain submissions; see its privacy information.

The team uses the information to respond to inquiries and send the updates you requested. A sponsor or vendor inquiry is not automatically a request for general promotional emails. This website does not take payments through its interest forms.

Changing your preferences.

To stop updates, correct your details, or request removal of information held by the event team, email Shannan and Jason. Include the email address used for your request. No automated email marketing campaign is started by submitting a form.

Website services and external links.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and form services may process technical information such as connection details to operate and protect the site. Links to lodging, restaurants, Facebook, maps, and the external apparel store take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, traffic sources, and interactions such as interest-form activity. It uses cookies and technical device information. Form field contents, names, email addresses, and messages are not sent by our custom tracking. Advertising personalization is disabled. Learn more at Google’s partner-site privacy information. Paid Vercel Analytics is not enabled. Google Search Console is used to review search visibility and indexing; it is not a signup database. Hosting services still process technical information needed to serve the website.
